At Argus Innovations, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience for all our customers across Australia. Please review the following information to understand how we handle the shipping of your orders.
Processing Time
All in-stock items are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
For custom, made-to-order, or pre-order items, please allow additional handling time. Any delays will be clearly communicated via email.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We primarily use Australia Post for shipping all orders. If you require a different carrier (e.g. TNT, DHL), please contact us at: info@argusinnovations.com.au , prior to placing your order so that we can organise a specialised quote.
Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping:
Free within Australia on all orders over $100 AUD.
Orders under $100 will incur a flat shipping fee (calculated at checkout).
Express Shipping:
Available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout.
For custom shipping quotes (e.g. alternative carriers), please get in touch with us before placing your order.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all locations within Australia.
International shipping may be available on request—contact us directly for a custom quote.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days (depending on location)
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (metro areas)
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to external factors such as weather, holidays, or regional delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Delays, Damage & Lost Parcels
We are not responsible for shipping delays once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, but we’ll do our best to assist you if issues arise.
If your package arrives damaged, or you suspect it has been lost, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) and provide:
- Order number
- Photos of packaging and product (if damaged)
- Any relevant shipping information
